When Martha Robbins, Communications Coordinator, first joined the
ABC/CR staff, she shared office space in what had formerly been the dining room
of the Fleming mansion at 1001 Gage, Topeka. She is the last staff member to
have made the move into the new mission center built in the Shadow Wood Office
Complex in 1984.

Business College and spent a year studying photography at Kaw Valley Technical
School. Later, as a student at Washburn University, internships were spent
working as a graphic artist at Channel 27, as a writer for Channel 11, and
as an art therapist. She graduated with a BA in both art and communications.
Her responsibilities
include region publications, printing and promotional materials. She also
maintains the web site, communicates via e-mail with region subscribers
and serves as contact for the American Baptist Churches Information System.
Questions concerning postal regulations can be directed to her.
Martha is a member of the Religion Communicators Council. Her name has appeared in International
